One of my passions is cooking. I love to cook. To me, food has a huge impact on socializing and bonding with family, friends and many a business deal has been consummated over a meal. Although there are those who know and love me would disagree, I do not consider myself a chef . I like to experiment in the kitchen. When I come up with something worth sharing I only hope I can remember how I made it. I will share the dishes I have invented or tweaked and invite you to try them for yourself. Because I am such a foodie, I promise you I will only post recipes that are of foodie standards while keeping within the boundaries of health and wellness. This dish is so easy to put together, so don't be afraid of all the spices in this recipe. You probably have many of them on hand, but if you do have to run out to stock your spice rack, rest assured that I will be posting more recipes that use these same spices, so you don't have to worry about waste.
This is a great, hearty sandwich. It's easy to prepare and substantial enough for anyone. If you are in a hurry you can substitute jarred peppers. You can substitute the steak with chicken breasts if you prefer.
Easy to put together in very little time, this dish will win your family and friends over. Don’t hesitate to make extra rub for another time. Serve with a caesar salad and vegetable of choice.
Although I used fish with this recipe you can substitute chicken as well. Panko bread crumbs are made from organic wheat flour and contain .5g of fat. You can omit the bread crumbs and sprinkle Emeril’s Essence heavily on the chicken or fish.
